摘要
本文提出一种改进型刀口法,采用一块计算全息图作为位相补偿板。对于非球面的检测不再象住常那样需要将测量值与计算值作比较,可以如同检测球面反射镜一样地简单。
In this paper a modified Foucault test is developed,in which acomputer-generated hologram(CGH)is used as a phase compensator.An aspheric mirror can be tested just as simple as a spheric reflector.A conventional comparison of the measurement results with the design data is no more required.
