摘要
本文介绍通过检测机器的振动周期来间接测定封闭式压缩机转速的方法。深入研究了各种可能引起测量误差的原因,并提出了解决办法。实验证明,所研制的以微处理器为基础的转速测试仪能排除各种干扰,工作稳定,读数准确可靠。
This paper discusses the method of determining the rotational speed of a full-closed compressor by means of measuring its machinery vibration period.Various causes of measuring error are analysed and the resolving method is presented.It is demonstrated by experiment that the signals can be detected from harmonics or disturbances with this tachometer which is based on microprocessor.
