三点法误差分离技术理论分析

Theoretical Analyses of Error Separation Techniques

本文通过分析和研究国内外误差分离技术有关文献,建立了三点法测量和无约束最优化方法评定工件圆度误差、圆柱度误差的数学模型,并发现在应用该技术求解工件回转误差和圆柱度误差方面尚有不足,通过对一次谐波分离方法的研究,建立了精确求解工件回转误差和圆柱度误差的数学模型。

Through the analyses and researches on some related references oferror separation techniques at home and abroad,this paper has built-up some mathematical models to measure and evaluate workpiece form errors with '3-point' method as well as unconstrained optimizational methods.A few shortcomings of the techniques to solve rotational error and cylindricity error are found,and some precise formulae are given.
