用肖特基二极管进行光频测量

摘要 用肖特基势垒二极管作谐波混频元件,得到了72GHz微波速调管频率的59次谐波而达到4.25THz。将其用于光频测量,可使从4mm微波频率到二氧化碳激光频率的光频测量链由三步混频简化为两步。实验证明了两条新的光频测量链的可行性。 The beat signal between the 59th harmonic of a 72 GHz signal and a 4.25 HTz far infra-red laser has been obtained by using Schottky barrier diode as the mixer.With this method applied to the measurement of optical frequency,the three steps of frequency multiplication needed to measure the frequency of 30 THz CO2 laser can be simplified into two steps.Two new schemes of frequency measurement chain up to CO2 laser frequency are suggested,and their feasibilities have been experimentally proved.
