摘要
一个以知识为主宰的全新经济时代已经到来 ,但是我国绝大多数企业还未把人力资源管理与开发放到战略高度来认识。2 1世纪我国企业人力资源管理与开发的体系构建至关重要。我们应以创新意识、人才主权观念和企业管理理念为核心构建符合我国国情的人力资源管理与开发体系。
A new economic era predominant with knowledge is approaching.Nevertheless,the majority enterprises have not yet placed the manpower resources management and development to the heigt of strategic recognition.It is vital that 21 st century China’s enterprises construct their own manpower resources management and development.We should construct the Chinese-featured system of manpower resources management and development with an eye to innovative consciousness,to the notion of talent sovereignty,and to the business administration concept.
