光通信用功率校准装置

摘要 本文叙述了光通信用功率校准装置的原理和组成。对其加以改进后成为光纤功率计核准装置,可对探测器直径小于1mm的光纤功率计做直接标定。它们的工作波长为0.85μm、1.3μm和1.55μm,功率校准的总不确定度均小于±5%,年稳定度为±1%。 This paper describes the principle and construction of the low-powercalibration equipment for optical fiber communication.By making some improvements on it,a new equipment has been developed,with which a fiber-optic power meter with detector diameter less than 1mm can be calibrated directly.The working wavelengths for both of these two equipments are 0.85,1.3 and 1.55μm,the overall measurement uncertainty of power calibration for each of the wavelengths is less than ±5% and the long-term stability is ±1% per annum.
