摘要
应用 3kW连续CO2 激光器对轧辊钢进行激光熔凝搭接处理 ,分析了搭接区的显微组织和硬度。结果表明 ,搭接区的组织分布特征和光斑中心基本一样 ,包括搭接熔凝区、搭接相变区和搭接热影响区 ,搭接区的显微硬度分布和光斑中心也相同 ,且当搭接参数合适时 ,可得到较均匀的表面硬化层。
WT5”BZ]Laser melting and connecting treatment on rolling steel has been performed with a 3kW continuous wave CO 2 laser,the microstructure and the microhardness have been analyzed.The results showed that the connecting zone’s characteristics of the microstructure is basically the same as the laser beam center.It is composed of connecting melting zone,connecting quenching zone and connecting heat influence zone.The connecting microhardness is also the same as the laser beam center.A even hardened layer has been obtained when the parameter is suitable.
