摘要
研究了喷油嘴偶件用GCr15钢代替W 18Cr4V高速钢与 18Cr2Ni4WA钢及其热处理。结果表明 ,GCr15钢采用光亮淬火方法 ,工艺易于控制 ,产品质量好 ,符合技术要求。其力学性能使硬度、抗弯强度稍低 ,而韧度指标 (ak、kIC)优于高速钢偶件 ,分别高出约 6 0 %、6 5 %。GCr15钢断口 ,其特征为 :准解理 +韧窝状混合形貌。寿命试验表明 ,GCr15钢偶件装机使用 2 0 0 0h以上还在正常工作 ,其性能完全满足使用要求 ,而且成本明显降低。
GCr15 steel was investigated for replacing high speed steel (HSS) and 18Cr2Ni4W steel used in oil nozzle assembly.A new method of heat treatment,bright hardening,was employed to improve the properties of GCr15 steel.The results show that the hardness and bending strength is slightly lower and the values of a K and K IC are higher by 60% and 65% respectively than that of HSS.The service life of GCr15 steel oil nozzle assembly is more than 2000 hours.The GCr15 steel is fully satisfied the using requirement,and its cost is reduced greatly comparing with HSS.
