摘要
再制造工程以先进技术为手段,对产品进行性能修复与升级,是一种高效、低成本、少污染的绿色技术。在石油化工行业中腐蚀介质对生产储罐的破坏很大,通过运用再制造工程原理发明了“金属罐薄壁不锈钢衬里技术”,采用此项技术对油田储罐进行再制造修复,增强了防腐性能、延长了使用寿命,通过近几年在油田中实际应用取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
Remanufacturing, with characters of high efficiency, low cost and little pollution, is a green technology, which can restore and upgrade properties of products via advanced techniques. Oil tanks are severely corroded by corrosive media in petrochemical industry. Their corrosion resistance has been improved and service life has been prolonged after the tanks were rebuilt by a technique known as 'Thin-wall-stainless-steel-lining Technique for Metal Tanks', which was invented on the mechanism of remanufacture engineering. Great and favorable economic and social benefits have been achieved through the application of this technique.
