摘要
介绍了一种用于液力变矩器总成焊接的六点TIG焊专机控制系统。该系统采用计算机数控 (CNC)系统作为其控制核心 ,实现了送料、定位、焊接的全程自动化。采用自行设计的位置 /力矩转换电路解决了焊后间隙问题 。
This paper introduced the design of a TIG welding machine, which is used for six PTP(point to point) assembling welding of the Hydraulic Torque Converter. This machine used CNC as its controlling system which realized the autoimmunization of whole process(feeding, position and welding). The problem of clearance after welding was resolved with the position/moment converting circuit designed by ourselves, and the software of the CNC system was analyzed in the view of the project application. $$$$
