摘要
通过实验确定影响火焰喷涂锡基巴氏合金涂层质量的主要工艺参数 ,采用碳化焰、送丝速度在 10m/min左右、轴向辅助吹风及相应喷涂操作技巧 。
Influences of main process parameters on the quality of Sn-based babbit alloy coating by flame spray were analyzed. Higher quality bush coating was gained by proper procedure measures,such as using carbonized flame, controlling the wire at a rate of 10 m/min, auxiliary blowing along axis and relevant spraying skills and so on.$$$$
