摘要
硬质合金喷镀粉是一种新型硬面材料 ,主要应用于各种发动机、往复轴、大型风机叶片及密封圈等抗高温、耐磨损元件上 ,对物理性能的要求特别严格。本文探讨了烧结温度及其他加工工艺对硬质合金喷镀粉物理性能的影响。结果表明 ,采用新的工艺能使硬质合金喷镀粉的物理性能完全达到国外用户的要求。
Cemented carbide sprayed powder is a new hard material,mainly used for high temperature resistant and wear resistant parts in various motors,shafts ,large fan vanes and seal rings,etc,with extremely strict requirement for its physical properties.The paper describes the study of influence of sintering temperature and other processing technologies on the physical properties of the cemented carbide sprayed powder.The results showed that the use of the new technology can assure the physical properties of the cemented carbide sprayed powder up to the foreign clients requirement.
