Briefly described herein the article is the technical update of theΦ 400 mm plug mill hot－ rolling line performed by Seamless Steel Tube Plant, Steel United Co., Ltd., Baotou I＆ S Co. with its own technical force and relevant imported equipment /technology, covering the scope and result of the first stage as well as the program for the next stage of the update.
