介绍了一种用于液力变矩器连接块填角焊的弧焊机器人工作站 ,详细叙述了机器人工作站的构成及特点。通过实验确定了药芯焊丝的选用 。
This paper introduced a welding robot workstation which is used for the FCAW of the hydraulic torque converter. The structure and characteristics of the workstation were described in detail. The proper flux cored wire was adopted through the experiment and the influence the demonstrating track did on the weld quality was analyzed.
