设计了一种焊炬高度焊接自动控制系统。该系统以电弧传感器为敏感元件检测焊炬高度 ,用MCS - 80 5 1单片机为核心进行实时控制 ,通过步进电机及其相应的驱动电路实现焊炬高度的自动调节 ,可以对汽轮机叶片等空间复杂曲面或不规则曲面实现CO2
The automatic control system of welding torch height for arc welding is developed. The system utilizes an arc sensor as sensitive element to measure the welding torch height,uses a chip MCS-8051 as a real time controller,adopts a stepping motor with driving circuit to adjust the welding torch height,and accomplishes the control for the automatic CO 2 welding for spatial complex crooked surface .
