玻璃微球对乳化炸药冲击波感度的影响

摘要 设计了新的试验方法对玻璃微球敏化的乳化炸药的冲击波感度进行了测试 ,并建立了乳化炸药冲击波感度评估计算模型。分析了玻璃微球的含量、乳化炸药的密度等因素对其冲击波感度的影响。在一定的密度范围内 ,随着玻璃微球含量的增加 ,乳化炸药的密度逐渐减小 ,炸药的临界起爆压增大 ,亦即炸药变得钝感。 Shock sensitivity is an important parameter which is used to evaluate the safety nature of emulsion explosives(EE) In order to get the shock sensitivity of EE sensitized by glass micro balloons(GMB),a new method is designed and a new calculating model developed in this paper The effect of GMB quantity contained,EE density and other factors on shock sensitivity of EE is discussed It is found that the EE density decreases with the increase of GMB in the EE composition In a certain density range,the critical initiation pressure increases as EE density decreases In other words,the explosive becomes insensitive as its density decreases The result from this study will be beneficial for EE production and application
