摘要
陶瓷过滤机是 80年代新开发的一种新型高效节能过滤机 ,在铅、锌、硫等精矿中应用较多。金川公司选矿厂为了解决压滤机过滤效率低、成本高等问题 ,从 1996年开始进行陶瓷过滤机小型试验 ,研究解决金川铜镍精矿矿浆粘度大、粒度细等问题。 1999年初开始使用陶瓷过滤机 ,经过一年的攻关 ,改进陶瓷过滤机的过滤工艺 。
The ceramic filter developed early in 1980's is a new efficient energe conservation filter and has been largely applied in lead,zinc and sulfur concentrates etc The Jinchuan Company Concentrator began to experiment the ceranic filter in miniature to reserch and resolve the strong pulp viscosity and the minute granularity problems of the Jinchuan coppor and nickel concentrates in order to resolve the low efficiency and the high cost problems. It began to use the ceramic filter at the beginning of 1999 Now the filter process is improved and the more evident effects are achieved.
