摘要
论述测量回转窑运行轴线的必要性及窑轴线测量技术的发展 ,提出一种新型的回转窑运行轴线动态测量方法。目前回转窑轴线的测量均是通过测得轮带中心、轮带与筒体间隙、筒体直径来计算出窑支承位置回转中心 ,新方法完全摆脱了这类方法的限制 ,应用动态信号测试分析系统对窑支承位置水平方向上筒体两边的位移进行非接触式连续、动态测量和信号分析 ,得出测量截面的回转中心。方法系统结构简单、操作使用方便、测量精度高 。
The importance of axes measuring on the operating kiln and the development of the technique in this domain are discussed Based on the previous measuring technique,a rotary dynamic measuring method is presented The axes measuring of the rotary kiln used to do firstly by measuring the center of the roll,the distance between the roll and the kiln shell and the diameter of the kiln shell,then calculating the rotating center Whereas the proposed method just measures the two horizontal displacement of kiln shell in a cross section by means of a dynamic measuring and analysis system The measuring is continuous The center axes of the kiln will be obtained The system used in the method is simple and the operation is convenient The method has a high measuring precision It is valid when used in practice
