摘要
用不同相对分子质量、不同质量分数和不同复配组合的壳聚糖处理不同的种子 ,研究了不同处理方法对种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明 :通过这些处理 ,不但能不同程度地提高种子的发芽率 ,而且还能使幼苗健壮 ;用中相对分子质量 (Mr≈ 60× 1 0 3)、质量分数为 0 .5%的壳聚糖加谷氨酸处理种子 ,效果最好 ,尤其对大颗粒种子如玉米、豇豆和大豆。
The seeds were coated with chitosan of different molecular weight,different concentration and different combination.The effect of these treatments was studied.The results show that these treatments can not only improve seeds' germination percentage,but also make the seeding grow well. Chitosan(\%M\%\-r≈ 60 000) plus Glu with concentration of 0 5%,was found to be the most effective especially to maize,cowpea and soybean.
