利用 1989～ 1998高空资料和东营市降水资料 ,采用修改的动力相似方法研制出 8月份暴雨系统 ,经检验和试用 ,无漏报 ,历史拟合率为 6 5 .9% ,试报准确率为 33.3%

Using the sounding data and precipitation data, the rainstorm system in August is made by the modified dynamic similarity. And there is no rainstorm left out after it is put into practice .The historical accurate rate is about 65.9%, and the accurate rate is 33.3%.
