摘要
目的:探讨人结直肠癌组织中MTS1/p16基因的缺失情况。方法:60例手术切除组织标本均取自结直肠癌患者,其中包括结直肠癌组织35例,癌旁组织15例及结直肠正常粘膜组织10例。所有组织标本均利用逆转录聚合酶链反应来检测MTS1/p16基因的等位缺失情况。结果:17.14%(6/35)的结直肠癌组织标本出现MTS1/p16基因的等位缺失,而癌旁组织及正常结直肠粘膜均未出现。结论:MTS1/p16基因的缺失对结直肠癌的进展可能起着一定促进作用。
To investigate the deletion of MTS1/p16 gene in human colorectal carcinoma. Methods: A total of 60 tissue samples comprising 35 cases of colorectal carcinoma, 15 cases of tumor-adjacent tissue and 10 cases of normal colorectal mu-cosa were obtained from patients with colorectal cancer at resection. All these tissue specimens were detected for homozygous deletion of MTSl/pl6 gene by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction. Results: It was found that 17.14% (6/35) colorectal carcinoma specimens showed homozygous deletion of MTSl/pl6 gene. No deletion was detected in the tumor-adjacent and normal colorectal mucosa. Conclusion:Deletion of MTSl/pl6 gene may play a role in the progression of colorectal carcinoma.
