摘要 骨量的维持依赖于骨再建过程,即骨形成和骨吸收的动态平衡.该过程受调节骨代谢的激素和细胞因子共同组成的复杂网络的精密调节.破骨细胞是实现骨吸收的效应细胞,其形成、分化、激活和凋亡的净结果决定着破骨细胞池的大小,进而决定着骨吸收的速率和程度.
