摘要
本文在讨论了SNA和ARCNET的比较后,介绍了ARCNET局域网与大型机IBM 3031通过电话网互连的设计,详细讨论了信关的选择、结构和实现。
Based on the comparison between ARCNET and SNA, this paper introduces the design of the interconnection of ARCNET local area network (LAN) and IBM 3031 mainframe by means of telephone network. The selection, structure and implementation of the gateway are discussed in detail.
