食管癌的CT、MRI检查价值及手术切除可能性的评估

CT、MRI features and the resectability of esophageal carcinoma

目的 探讨食管癌的CT、MR扫描价值。方法 6 4例食管癌使用GEMAX6 40型CT机扫描 48例 ,0 3T永磁型MR机扫描 34例 ,进行手术前后对比。结果 CT组术前判断可切除 42例 ,实际切除 40例 ,判断不能切除者 6例 ,实际不能切除 4例 ,符合率 91 7% ;MR组符合率 88 2 %。结论 CT、MRI对食管癌能作出术前切除可能性估价 ,CT。

Objective: To evaluate CT and MRI in esophageal carcinoma and its resectability. Methods: Forty eight cases were examined with GM EAX640CT; 34 cases were examined with 0.3 T permanent magnetic resonance machine, and they were compared before and affer operations. Results: The coincidence rate was 91.7% in the CT group and 88.2% in the MRI group. Conclusion: CT and MRI examinations play important roles in preoperative diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma and in providing valuable information in determining the resectability of the tumor.
