摘要
为分析绝经后阴道流血的病因及其相关因素 ,将 2 86例PMB患者进行临床及病理分析。结果显示 :因炎症引起出血16 5例 (5 7.6 9% ) ,其中以阴道炎最多见 ;功能性子宫出血 47例 (16 .43 % ) ;IUD引起出血 30例 (10 .49% ) ;恶性肿瘤引起出血2 5例 (8.74% ) ,且随绝经年限增加 ,PMB患者中因恶性肿瘤所致的可能性亦增大。
To analyse the causes and relative factors of postmenopausal bleeding(PMB),286 patients with PMB were analyzed.The results showed that 165 (57.69%)bleeding were caused by inflammation, most of which were vaginitis,47 cases (16.43%) by functional womb bleeding ,30 cases (10.49%)by IUD,and 25 cases(8.74%) by malignant tumor.Moreover, with the increase of menopause span the possibility of PMB caused by malignant tumor also increases.
