摘要
正弦振荡器在晶体管和电路参数确定后 ,只能在一个频率上产生正弦振荡 .振荡稳定后 ,要满足振荡平衡条件 ;但在接通电源后要建立起稳定的正弦振荡 ,电路又必须满足起振条件 .本文从分析A· F· >1这个起振条件入手 ,依据相位平衡条件A +F =2nπ ,求得振荡频率f0 ;依据 |A· F·| >1,求满足起振条件时所需的晶体管及电路参数值 .并对一个具体振荡电路进行了定量分析 .
After the parameters of transistor and circuit are defined, a sine oscillator can only oscillate in a definite frequency. When the oscillation is stabilized, the oscillatory balance condition should be abided. But after the power is supplied, the oscillatory condition should be complied to set up a steady sine oscillator. The paper is begun with analyzing the oscillatory condition A·F·>1, and the oscillatory frequency is worked out based on the phase balance condition A+ F=2nπ. The parameters of transistor and circuit necessary for the oscillatory condition are figured out on the based of |A·F·|4>1, and two practical sine oscillators are calculated in this paper.
