研究利用低分辨率雷达视频回波信号实现可靠的自动目标识别问题 ,提出了一种基于模糊聚类的自动目标识别算法 .基于这种算法 ,对三类船目标进行实验 ,获得平均近 90 %的正确识别率 .理论和实验表明 。

The problem of reliable automatic target recognition from low resolution radar video return signals is discussed and a new effective recognition method is presented. Based on this method, an experiment for ship target is implemented and an average success rate of about 90% is reached for 3 classes of targets. The results obtained from the theoretical and experimental studies indicate that a high reliability of recognition can be obtained.
