安徽省黄淮海平原土地利用现状初步研究

Preliminary Research on the Present Situation of Land Utilization in Huany Huai Hai Plain within Anhui Province

本文在研究安徽省黄淮海平原土地资源特点、土地利用现状后,分析了该区在土地利用方面存在的若干问题,并针对性地提出四点合理利用土地资源的建议:1 尽力保护并充分利用现有耕地;2 充分利用水域和工矿废地;3 积极发展庭院经济,开发利用庄体空隙地;4 坚决实施土地法规,严格土地管理。

According to the characteristic of land resource in Huang Huai Hai Plain within Anhui Proince, the reporters analysed several problems on the land utilization of this area and put forward some suggestion about reasonable utilization of land. 1. Actively protect and fully utilize present cultivated land. 2. Fully utilize the water area and the waste land of factory and mining district. 3. positively develop the countyard economy and explot the open ground within villages. 4. Firmly carry out the land laws and regulations and strictly manage land.
