摘要
当前高校体育教学改革在教法和组织措施上的突出问题是,突破体育课中通常采用的传统的行政班组教学的组织形式,力争按素质状况和技能水平分班(组),即以学生的身体形态、机能、素质状况为主要依据,并考虑接受能力、运动技术水平等因素,划分成几个不同等级的班组,在教学内容和运动量的安排上,做到区别对待。本文据此对152名大学生进行实验性研究,即按体能优劣分班教学,试图为改革高校普通体育课的组织形式提供客观依据。
