企业注册登记是确认企业法人资格或经营资格的必要程序 ,是国家经济管制的重要组成部分。但目前政府在登记管制中存在较严重的缺陷。本文在实践经验的基础上 ,运用博弈理论 ,分析建立了政府登记管制的博弈模型 ,通过分析得出了 3个重要结论 ,提出了改进政府登记管制的路径 ,具有实际的应用价值。
