On Joining into WTO and Appropriate Measure of Reasonable Protection

我国是一个发展中国家 ,国内相当多的产业和企业的竞争力、抗风险能力仍然比较弱。入世后 ,我们要熟悉并充分利用世贸组织的规则、协议和协定 ,加强对自身经贸利益的适度与合理的保护 :积极参与多边贸易谈判和国际经贸竞争规则的制定 ,利用决策机制保护自身利益 ;深入研究世贸组织的保障机制 ,适度合理地保护国内的产业和市场 ;充分利用世贸组织对发展中国家的优惠安排增强自身竞争力 ;利用争端解决机制客观、公正地解决贸易摩擦 。

China is a developing conntry, and its industries still have the weakness of competictive and anti_risk power. After joining into WTO, China must take the actions such as: being familiar with and making best use of the regulations and agreements of WTO to strengthen the appropriate measures of reasonable protection for its benefits; taking part in the negotiation for the multilateral trade and the competitive rules making for the international economic trade to protect its benefits by using the systems of decision; deeply studying the guarantee systems of WTO to protect the national industries and markets; making full use of WTO's perferential trade arrangement for the developing countries to strengthen the competitive ability; making use of system of dispute settlement which settle the trade conflicts fairly and objectively to deal with hegemonism and unilateral trade.
