大小凉山彝族宗法性婚姻形态 ,是整个彝族宗法制度的重要组成部分 ,它同时也是我国南方少数民族宗法性婚姻的典型代表之一。建国前 ,大小凉山彝族的宗法性婚姻形态主要包括聘娶婚、姑舅表优先婚、转房、赘婿及重婚五种形式 ,从其婚姻缔结原则和内容上看 ,都充分体现了夫权。
