摘要
本文介绍了作者研制的一个交互式二维数控编程系统——2DNCPS。对高级语言与Auto CAD的接口及数控自动编程技术中的几个关键技术问题如形成加工轮廓、计算刀具中心轨迹、动态模拟刀具运动、自动生成NC加工代码等逐一作了较详细的阐述。
This paper presents readers a 2-D NC programming system -- 2DNCPS.Several key technique problems about the interface between high level language and AutoCAD and of the NC programming technique, such as forming machining profile, calcula-ting tool path, simulating dynamically tool motion and generating automatically NC-codeetc., are discussed.
