将目标卡运用于排球技术教学中,能够使学生明确练习目的,促进学生在相对较短的时间内规范地掌握排球理论和技术水平。
The use of target-card in volleyball teaching enables the students to have a clear aim in prac- tice and master the game both in theory and practice in a relatively short period of time.
