桑树ITS序列测定及特点的初步分析

Preliminary Study on ITS Sequencing and Characteristics of Mulberry

以蒙桑 (M .mongolicaSchneid)为试验材料 ,采用PCR产物直接测序法测定了其核糖体基因转录内间隔区 (InternalTranscribedSpacer ,IST)的全序列 ,分析了桑树该序列的特点 。

Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) region of nuclear ribosomal DNA from M.mongolica Schneid was sequenced using PCR products.This paper also analysed the characteristics of mulberry ITS sequence and indicated the potential important roles as the sequence could be used to study the mulberry molecular systematics and evolution.
