促进桑树侧芽萌发的刻芽技术研究

摘要 研究了刻芽技术中切口的长度、深度及切口与所刻芽之间的距离对芽发育的影响。切口的长度与芽距为 2∶1时 ,刻芽效果较好 ;切口的长度每增加 10~ 15mm ,切口的深度应相应地减少一个水平 ;芽距每增加 5mm左右 ,切口深度也应增加一个水平。按切口长度为 2 0mm ,芽距为 10mm ,切口深度为轻伤木质部刻芽 ,当年夏秋季产叶量提高 36 9% ,全年产叶量提高 2 4 5 % ,第 2年春季产叶量提高 8 7%。 Effects of length,depth of incision and the distance between incision and bud carved on the sprout development were studied.When the ratio of incisions length to the distance between incision and bud was 2∶1 ,mulberry sprout carved had optimum developmental effect.The depth of incision should be reduced one grade when the length of incision was lengthened 10~15 mm .However,the depth of incision should be added one grade when the distance between incision and the bud carved increased by 5mm.It was showed that when incisions length was 20mm,distance between sprout and incision was 10mm,and the depth level of incision was light hurting xylem,the leaf yield in the same summer and autumn increased by 36.9%,the leaf yield in the same whole year increased by 24.5%,and that in the next spring increased by 8.7%.
