摘要
为了探讨犬连续硬脊膜外阻滞的方法 ,在对大量不同品种犬的腰椎局部结构解剖的基础上 ,为 9例实验犬和 4例实施腹部手术的犬实施了连续硬脊膜外阻滞术。结果表明 :犬连续硬脊膜外阻滞镇痛完全 ,肌肉松弛良好 。
For the sake of approaching the method of canine continuous epidural anesthesia,we have anatomized a number of dogs and different breed of dogs,studied olcal anatomy of canine lumbar vertebra and applied the epidural anesthesia to 9 experimental dogs and 4 dogs of operation in abdomen.The results suggest that canine continuous epidural block anesthesia is better in analgesia and relaxation of muscle,and is quietly indicated for ventral operation of dogs.
