不同稀释液对山羊精液的保存效果

Effect of Preserving Goat Semen with Different Diluents

利用不同配方稀释液保存山羊精液 ,比较不同理化条件下稀释液的保存效果。结果表明 ,选用由乳糖、葡萄糖、柠檬酸三钠组成的配方 ,冰点下降温度在 - 0 .552～ - 0 .856℃之间 ,pH6 .4～ 6 .6 ,对山羊精液进行 2～ 5倍稀释并在低温条件下进行保存 。

Different prescriptions of diluents were used to preserve goat semen, and their effects were also compared under different physical and chemical environments.The results showed that the diluents consisted of lactose,glucose,sodium citrate,its ice point depression temperature being -0 552～-0 856 ℃,pH 6.4～6.6,had better effect to preserve goat semen with two to five time dilution at a low temperature.
