两种轮回选择方法对沈综C_0群体的产量及植株性状的遗传改良效果的研究

摘要 应用两种轮回选择方法对玉米 (ZeamaysL .)基础群体C0 及SC1实施轮回选择。根据调查和考种结果 ,对各群体的产量及植株性状进行比较分析。结果表明 ,在选择强度为 30 %的条件下 ,FC2 群体比基础群体提高了2 5 93% ,FC3 群体比基础群体提高了 35 38%。单株粒重、穗重、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数和百粒重分别获得了 12 5 7、13 0 6、1 2 3、6 77、1 5 4和 2 71的遗传增益 ,这些性状基本上是朝着对产量有利的方向发展 ,而今后的选择必须注意穗长。 The recurrent selection by means of two methods have been completed in maize ( Zea mays L.) basic population and SC 1 The yield and agronomic traits were analyzed according to the investigation results The experimental results showed that over one selection cycle with 30% selection intensity yield of population, FC 2 and FC 3 increased by 25 93%, 35 38% in contrast to basic population Genetic gains for grain weight per plant, ear weight per plant, ear thickness, ear row number, kernel number per row, 100 kernel weight were 12 57, 13,06, 1 23, 6 77, 1 54 and 2 71 respectively Most of maize traits after improvement were improved to be more favorable for increasing yield The number of grains, ear length and plant type must be focused in the future selection
