摘要
通过酶学鉴定 ,分析研究了大豆脂肪氧化酶 (lipoxygenase)简称脂氧酶 (lox)的遗传规律。试验证实lox基因突变体酶性失活、酶带缺失为隐性基因。显隐性属质量性状、细胞核遗传。 3种lox同功酶非等位基因在同源染色体上分别独立占居一个位点。某一同功酶等位基因隐性缺失时 ,基因遗传遵从 3∶1独立分配原则 ;2种非等位基因同时隐性缺失时 ,缺 1和缺 2的基因连锁遗传 ,双缺 1和 3或双缺 2和 3的基因分离各自互不干扰 ,都遵从独立分离规律 ;3种lox同功酶基因同时隐性缺失时 ,除lox缺 1基因仍接近 3∶1独立遗传外 ,缺 2和缺 3基因都不符合独立遗传规律。其中缺 1和缺 2两对隐性缺失基因仍有 71 5 %的连锁遗传 ,重组率 2 8 5 % ,缺 2和缺 3基因、缺 1和缺 3基因之间 ,基因重组率在 45 %以上。lox完全显性植株为 49 3%、缺 1为 6 9%、缺 2为 10 %、缺 3为 17 9%、1和 2双缺为 6 9%、1和 3双缺为 0 9%、2和 3双缺为 5 4%。 3种同功酶同时隐性缺失时获得率为 2 7%
The genetic control of soybean lipoxygenase(lox) was studied through enzyme map identification in this paper The results showed that these lox gene mutants were double recessive genes These three non allelic lox genes located on different position on the homologous chromosomes The principle of three to one independent assortment(3∶1) was displayed when one of the three genes was deleted When two genes deleted, lox -1 and lox -2 were genetic linkage and genes between lox -1 or lox -2 and lox -3 separated independently for each other When all the three genes were deleted,neither lox -2 nor lox -3 followed the principle of independent assortment except lox -1 , the linkage value was 71 5% between lox 1 or lox 2 and its recombination value was 28 5%,the recombination value was over 45% between lox 1 or lox 2 and lox 3 In the field test phenotypic values in F 2 respectively were 49 3%(lox dominance),6 9%(lox -1 ), 10 0%(lox -2 ), 7 9%(lox -3 ), 6 9%(lox -1 2 ),0 9%(lox -1 3 ),5 4%(lox -2 3 ),and 2 7%(lox -1 2 3 )
