摘要
通过生物测定和生化分析研究了北京和山东高密地区木槿和棉花上棉蚜种群对杀虫剂的敏感性及体内α -乙酸萘酯 (α-NA)酶活力的变化。结果表明 ,高密地区木槿和棉花棉蚜对甲基对硫磷和久效磷的耐药性高于北京地区寄主植物棉蚜 ,同时高密棉花棉蚜对 2种杀虫剂的耐药性高于木槿棉蚜。高密地区木槿和棉花上棉蚜的蛋白含量分别是北京地区对应棉蚜的 3 86倍和 1 73倍 ,北京和高密地区棉花棉蚜α -NA酯酶活力分别是木槿棉蚜的1 74倍和 2 1倍 ,说明棉蚜α
By bioassay and biochemical analyses, the susceptibility to insecticide of two areas cotton aphid Aphis gossypii (Glover)populations, one collected from Beijing fed on hibiscus and cotton and another collected from Gaomi, Shan dong Province, and the activities of their α-naphthylacetate (α-NA) esterase were tested The results showed that Gaomi cotton aphid on hibiscus and cotton had higher resistance to methyl parathion and monocrotophos than that of in Beijing The protein content of cotton aphid on hibiscus and cotton in Gaomi was 3 86 and 1 73 -fold compared with that of Beijing cotton aphid, respectively Meanwhile the activity of α-NA esterase of cotton aphid on cotton in Beijing and Gaomi was 1 74 and 2 10 -fold compared with aphid on hibiscus in two areas, respectively It is suggested that the resistance of cotton aphid to organophosphate insecticides might be involved in the activity of α-NA esterase of cotton aphid
