摘要
综述了哺乳动物细胞核移植的有关机理 ,包括哺乳动物早期胚胎基因组的转录激活与分化 ,体细胞核全能性的恢复 ,核受体卵母细胞的激活和MPF在细胞周期中的变化及其调节细胞周期的机理。
Related mechanisms of mammal nuclear transplantation, including transcriptional activation and different ation of mammal preimplantation embryonic genomes, resume of totipotentation of somatic cells, activation of recipient oocytes and the variation of MPF in cell cycles and the mechanism of MPF regulating cell cycles, were summarized in this paper. Some present problems and the developmental direction in future of mammal nuclear transfer were discussed.
