文章从三个方面阐述道德与个性良性互动的现实可能。提出要兴国先要兴人———提高人的素质 ,并把道德素质的提高作为素质教育的首期工程。同时 ,通过道德建设 。

This paper discusses the practicability of a good interaction between ethic construction and personality development. It believes that education of man goes before the progress of a country, that the raising of ethic quality should be the target of the primary phase in the human quality construction, and that ethic construction will, in turn, result in better room for the growth of personality.
