摘要
学报作为学术期刊的一个种类决定了其论文的文献性 ,学术性是学报与生俱来的属性 ,是学报的生命 ;规范化是学报文献流通的游戏规则。此二者既是编辑编发稿件的尺度 。
That a journal is an academic document in type determines its nature of literature. The academic nature is the inborn nature of a journal, hence the life of the journal. Standardization is like the rule of game in the circulation of journals. Both the academic nature and the standard form are the rulers of the editors and also the maxims of the journal writers in their writing.
