摘要
文章从我国物业管理招投标的现状出发,论述了物业管理招投标对物业管理行业发展的意义,分析了业主委员会在物业管理招投标中的作用,并对影响物业管理评标的委员会组成。答辩会、管理方案、管理费用、物业管理公司整体情况及社会信誉、人员素质等因素进行了探讨。
This article presents the current situation of invitation to bid & tender of property management in China,discusses the significance of property management invitation to bid & tender on the industry of property management,analyses the role of owner committee in the property invitation to bid & tender, and discusses the factors which influence the judge of property manage- ment.These factors include committee buildup, competitive examination, management scheme,man- agement fee, the whole circumstances & credit standing, and personnel making.
