摘要
本文简要论述了“能本管理”的含义及其与人本管理的联系与区别、实行“能本管理”的操作要求与操作方法。阐述了现代社会管理工作应把传统的“人本管理”逐步转向“能本管理”的重要性。特别强调在推进素质教育的情况下,学校管理应应快确立能本管理的新理念。
This article mainly but briefly explains the meaning of capability-based management and differences between two management patterns,i.e.,the capability-based management and human-based management. It also introduces the operating demands and methods by means of ca- pability management. More over, the article points out the importance of switching the traditional human-based management pattern to the capability-based management one.It especially stresses that modern schools should adopt the new concept of capability as soon as possible under the cir- cumstances of promoting the quality-oriented education.
