解读《小窗幽记》的管理心理思想

An Identification of the Managerial Psychological Thoughts Implied in Speculations in Solitude at a Tiny Window

文章以明代汇编式杂著《小窗幽记》为原本，通过对中国古代学者人生视野的审视与思维方式的考察，对其中涉及的管理心理思想进行了系统的梳理与概括，归纳出人力管理、目标管理、自我管理等管理心理思想的特质。

Based on a study of Speculations in Solitude at a Tiny Window, this article tries to ex- amine and investigate the ancient Chinese scholar's vision on life and modes of thinking, analyze in a systematic way the managerial psychological thoughts implied in the book which can be clas- sified as human resource management, management by objectives and self-management.
