： The paper mainly discusses the conditions and policies for the liberalization of RMB． With the globalization of the world economy and development of sic－tech， the free exchange rate of RMB is a must for China to be involved in international economic activities． The liberalization is an irreversible trend． With the further reform of China＇s foreign exchange system， we must hold an active attitude， carry out relevant reforms， be alert on financial risks and quicken the liberalization of RMB．
