摘要
综合大学师范类人才培养模式 ,应以培养有创新精神和创新能力的教育家型教师为目标 ,试行“2 .5+1.5”的培养制度 ,优化课程结构 ,采取多样化的教学方法 ,发挥自己的优势 。
The modes of training talented teachers at comprehensive universities and colleges should be aimed at training and bringing up educator-type teachers with innovative spirit and ability by trying out 2.5+1.5 training system, optimizing curriculum structure and implementing varied teaching methods. By so doing, we can bring the advantages into full play so that high-quality teachers can be brought up.
