摘要
一旦国家法律具有了权威 ,那么这个社会也就实现了法治 ,而法律运行的状况最能体现一个国家法律权威的存在与否。基于此 ,本文通过几个典型法律运行实例探讨在司法执法中国家法律权威的现状 ,影响国家法律权威的主要问题及原因 ,并相应提出了几点建议。
If the law had authority the rule of law would have been exercised.When the law iscarried out we can find legal authority or not.According to it this paper studay the condition of legal authority by typical cases out which the law is carried,and studay the reason of lessness of legal authority.Then provide some suggestion about it aferward.[WT5”HZ]
